We work hard to dispatch orders promptly, but during busy periods — particularly around new releases — dispatch may take up to 1–4 working days.

While most deliveries are made with the timescales of the service, RM deliveries can take up to two weeks.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking numbers are added to your account once your order has been booked into Royal Mail. 

These emails are sent via our system API — please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see one.

Sometimes tracking information doesnt get sent back from RM in a timely manner or in some cases fails. If you cant see the tracking in your account please email us for us to check for you and to add manually.

Orders are packed securely to protect your items in transit

Pre‑orders will ship as soon as stock arrives and typically we aim to deliver for release day however sometimes this is not possible as we are dependant on stock arriving in good time to allow us to sort and pack orders.

If your order contains both in‑stock and pre‑order items orders will be shipped when  all items are in stock.
